The European luxury brand Tiffany and the Italian optical manufacturer Luxottica signed a ten-year franchise agreement, hoping to enter the optical market. Luxottica, which produces glasses for luxury brands such as Chanel and Bulgari, will design, manufacture and distribute sunglasses and other vision-correcting glasses for Tiffany. The first batch of Tiffany glasses is expected to take the lead in Japan after one year.
