After being integrated into the cotton fiber, the ink is liquid and no smoke is generated; the water and energy are low in loss, and no dust and other purification equipment are needed, so the first advantage of the digital direct injection is that the hand feels soft and the follow-up cost is low; The need for plate making, relatively low cost production advantages, especially for personalized products and custom production.

Digital direct-injection printing, although it is currently the most cutting-edge printing process, is not a panacea for everyone who can solve any printing problem. It is not a large-scale product solution. As mentioned above, the digital direct injection is to incorporate ink into the cotton fiber instead of forming new chemical bonds with the cotton fiber, so here is a problem of the washing fastness; if you brush the paint, you will know the paint "coloring" The principle is not that the paint itself can be firmly bonded to the medium, but instead it is fixed to the surface of the medium by means of a synthetic resin that produces a strong film.

The origin of T-shirt garment printing has many similarities with paint. T-shirt printing belongs to paint printing. The coating itself is a kind of granular semi-solution. At the same time, if the printing pattern is not cracked, the ink must have strong permeability, especially when printing dark-colored fabrics.
